IMF:RealSystem is universal system for offering objects / localities, which can be part of Your estate agency web presentation. You have full supervision under offer, information and associated photos and you can change everything at pleasure yourselves.

System description

Basic modules:

1. Entities administration (brokers)

   ---

   Catalogue of users entering the system, administration of brokers, who are referred to several offers.

2. Localities

   ---

   Localities code list determining where offer is included in.

3. Orders

   ---

   Offers administration, creating of new offers and their simple editation, definition of particular details:

   • type (one-family house, flat, cottage or hut, land, non-residential area, business area)
   • basic datas (country, locality, name, description, broker, available since, flooring ...)
   • completive parameters (ownership, construction, facilities, other interests ...)
   • photos (it is possible to add up to 10 photos for one offer, more photos on demand)

4. Searching

   ---

   Fast searching in offers (type, determination - sale, lease ...) and other particular filtration (offer age, outcomes sorting).
