Web application intended for the administration of orders and requests of (not only) windows distributors.

Your work will be markedly make easy due to quick creation of required document (including press release).You´ll be able to check out more orders than before. You don´t need special hardware for operating. All you need is web browser and computer connected to Internet.

Technical specifications and detailed description of principle

There are few kinds of so-called "entities" in imfKO windows calculation system. Entity we can imagine as a user with specific competencies...

Calculator

Creates offer for customer in a few steps.

1. Offer creation with adding of products (e.g. windows) composed from required parameters;
2. Customer registration, entering his contact datas;
3. completion of accompanying letter;
4. checking of press arrangement before final saving and sending;
5. saving of press configuration, pressing and sending e-mail to customer.

Sent offer is possible to edit and modify by so-called repair document, which is identical with original document, but entered datas are editable.

Calculator also controls offers created by calculators of the same level (see administrator hereinafter).

Administrator

Checks the work of calculators and controls the structure of entities (and their accounts), which is hierarchical saved in tree system.

Administrator can create entities in needed branching (companies / employees) and define so-called "calculation ratio". Offer price for customer created by entities in a given branch will be multipled by this "calculation ratio". This entities setting allows having system of wide structure of distributors and sub-distributors with poundage etc.

Partner

Partner falls into the specific group of "calculators" with possibility of offers creating. But offers created by partner aren´t sent straight to customer, but to calculators who shall send them further not until they will check them.
